On November 2, 2011, the membership
voted overwhelmingly to make the neighborhood Swim/Tennis and HOA a permanent
member facility. As of April 2, 2012,
we are in the process of distributing and collecting the declaration of
covenants from each property owner.
Please look for this in your mailbox.
We are a neighborhood homeowner and
swim/tennis association. This site is available for all PPW members and
residents. Please remember the pool / tennis courts and the recreation
area are a premium membership.
Our membership fee is $500.00 per year
to join and use the recreation facilities.
Each month we have a variety of
activities. Pool parties, campfires, wine tastings, Tennis events, family
socials, nature hikes, & camping.
